After Sixth Form, Arron went on to study Childhood Studies at Bangor University. During his time there, he also became a volunteer instructor with the Army Cadet Force, a role he’s continued for over 11 years.

One of Arron’s proudest achievements is completing his Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award and serving as a Training Officer for the Northwest Leicestershire Army Cadet Force. He helps plan and deliver training throughout the year, including weekly sessions, weekend camps, and a summer residential.
Arron’s journey shows how varied experiences and a strong interest in working with young people can lead to a rewarding role in education.
