Consent forms
Please find below a link to a consent form that will provide permission for students to attend fixtures and represent The Castle Rock School. This consent also covers additional sporting activities held at school, such as sports/activity days etc.
Please can we ask that all parents/carers, with students in Years 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, complete the form for all of their children giving consent.
Students are able to join any club by accessing their Beehive.
